These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Revtra (“the app”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Revtra is a journaling and analytics tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or trading advice, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Any statistics, insights, or “trading plan” are generated automatically for informational and educational purposes only. Trading carries a high level of risk and you can lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the app.
The app lets you record and analyse your trades, and optionally connect a supported cryptocurrency exchange to import read-only balance and trade-history data. Insights and rule-based trading plans are generated on your device. The app does not execute trades and cannot move your funds.

The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own data) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. Your journal data remains yours.
The app relies on third-party services (such as our backend provider and the exchanges you connect). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of those third parties.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will always be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or demands arising out of your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of law. Where a mandatory local law applies to you as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under that law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally.
